Your event may not be using the AXS Mobile ID delivery method, e-tickets (sent to you via email as a pdf attachment) and posted tickets can't be resold via the AXS Official Resale platform.
If the delivery method is AXS Mobile ID and you don't have the option to sell the tickets, this could be due to the promoter requesting the show is unavailable for resale, the ticket is a VIP ticket, or your ticket is priced as a special offer.
We will let you know before you select tickets if alterations to resale and transfer have been requested by the event organiser.
