You can use transfer to share tickets with your friends if your delivery method is AXS Mobile ID, AXS App tickets, and if available for your event. Tickets can be transferred via the AXS-app or by logging into your account on axs.com.
If the recipient has an AXS account, they’ll receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets and they’ll need the AXS mobile app to use the tickets.
Please note that transfer may not be available for all events and ticket types, if this is the case it will usually be communicated at the time of purchasing your tickets. For some events there may also be a delay before transfer is turned on, if this applies for your event it will also usually be communicated when purchasing your tickets.
