How the ticket sales will work through AXS
There will be one sale available through AXS:
- Artist Sale - 3rd June 2026 - open to selected fans from 2026 registration only
Artist sale
CÉLINE DION PARIS MAY 2027 Artist Sale will take place on 3rd June at 10:00 AM (CEST). This will not be a public ticket sale. Only fans who previously registered in March for the 2026 shows will be eligible for selection in the Artist Sale.
If selected, you’ll receive an email confirmation from AXS on 1st June to notify you and then a second email on 2nd June with instructions on how to access the Artist Sale.
This email will tell you:
- Which ticketing platform you’ve been assigned to (AXS, Ticketmaster France, or Fnac Spectacles)
- And how to access the sale
As with the previous sale, AXS will be working alongside Ticketmaster France and Fnac Spectacles as official ticketing partners. All selection emails will be sent by AXS or AEG on behalf of the three participating partners.
What happens if you’re selected
If you’re selected, your email will clearly indicate where to access the Artist Sale.
Make sure to check the email address you used when registering on Fair AXS, as this is where all communications will be sent.
Key things to know
Please keep in mind:
- Registering on Fair AXS for the previous sale does not guarantee access to the new Artist Sale
- Only fans selected to participate in the Artist Sale will receive an email
- Read all instructions in the email carefully
- Being selected does not guarantee ticket availability – tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis
- Be cautious of scam or fraudulent email addresses. The only official AXS email address we’ll use to contact you is axs.fr@transactions.axs.com.
